How do I run TGB in windowed mode?

When I run TGB, it runs in full screen mode. Does anyone know a trick to make it run windowed mode (Windows XP) instead, so I can read the PDFs and edit at the same time? Thanks!

Go into Preferences, untick the Fullscreen option, and optionally lower the res a bit.

Hmm... The checkbox doesn't even work for me. It's not checked, but I can't put a check in it. It's kinda like its there but just not reacting to a mouse click. Thanks for the help though, maybe it's because I'm on a two screen config.
