Request for 'Preveiw' button

Would it be possible to add a 'Preview' button before submission to forums and more importantly GG-blogs?
The extream case for this would be a blog like the one I posted this morning. It was live for about 30 min before I got the whole thing to display at all and it still isn't pretty... Generally speaking though a preview is just good sense!
