What's with the Marketplace ad placement?!?

I've tried twice to place an add in the marketplace. Both times the full description was cut off after a few lines. If I try this again, I'll look really stupid.
What's going on??? Is there a bug in the ad submission software.
Kristen.
P.S. The text was cut and pasted from MS Word. It displayed fine in the ad input window. Is this an issue?

It's the punctuation I think, in particular apostrophes?

In my experience, some of Word's features like the "smart quotes" option can cause problems when posting into a web form.
Try pasting your Word text into a plain-text editor like Notepad first, then copy and paste that into your web form.
Alternatively, you could go into options and disable the "smart quotes" (the curly fore- and back-slanted quotation marks). Those are the most common culprits.

Kristen, I haven't used the Marketplace, so if I'm talking out of my backside, please ignore me.In my experience, some of Word's features like the "smart quotes" option can cause problems when posting into a web form.

Thanks for the input folks. You're right about it being the punctuation. Funny that is would appear fine in the description box while editing though and just vanish after posting. The copy/paste to noteback is a good idea. Thanks again to all.
Kristen.
