Ok im doing the basic tutorial and am trying to load my own .png image as opposed to the playerShip image, so ive just replaced the image names wherever necessary, and ive put my custom image in the data/images folder.
i followed the tutorial instructions exactly but when I run the level i get an error 'LBPPlayWindowCtrlStack does not exist in set', and also 'cannot find menu FormMainMenu for ClearMenuItems'
and my image does not show up, just the black TGE logo background...
if possible can someone paste the exact coding for a functional game.cs file ???
thanks!

Not sure if this will help you but I found it looking for results on the same thing.

I don't know why it shows up with a blank screen but my thoughts on it is the fact that you need to code the game first before you can finally compile it into a package. Perhaps that's why its not working for you. I haven't got to the end of my game yet to test out one way or the other. I know right now my game shows a blank screen when I compile it. I hope this helps... if you find out why its not compiling please post the results for all of us to learn from. Thanks and best of luck with your game...
