Are you a pure T2D owner?

Before buying T2D, I have decided either buying both TGE and T2D ($100+$80), or just T2D ($100). Finally, I chose the second option (considering my poor game dev experience). But now I find that some useful resources or forum threads require TGE license :(
Anyway, I just wonder how many of you are pure T2D owners (only with T2D/TGB license)?

Pure here, and I know what you mean about some of the resources being restricted to the TGE license, although it hasn't happened to me in a awhile.

Just TGB here too. If you run into lots of threads that have references to TGE, there are plenty of people that have both licenses, and they're normally quite happy to post the relevant quotes from those threads.

Both...buts thats because I bought TGE first. Don't really use the TGE resources much for TGB though.

I think TDN is supposed to start remdying this problem, allowing access to non engine specific resources on an individual basis...

Another pure TGBer here...

Yeah, just the TGB. I may look at the TGE or the shader version down the track (out of interest sake) but there aren't any games I can imagine that I can't do in 2D (so far :) )

Well I have much everything TSE, TGE, TLK, RTS and TGB. That way I can look at everything. The model packs For TGE, I use them in TGB.

As Cliff has noticed though it is sometimes useful to be able to browse the entire site including the TGE forums and TGE documentation. But the documentation for TGB is already much better than the documentation for TGE, so it's not like you are missing some vast pile of awesome docs that you cannot access.

I own TGB and TGE, but haven't touched TGE for many months. I have a couple of TGE books but those are mainly for the scripting and reference. have no need for TGE ... for 3D I've already wasted money an 2.5 other languages (B3D, DBP, PB 4 beta)
