It's kind of unclear what you're asking, but assuming you mean is it playable in MBU then yes, but due to some of the shaders it looks very different.

Is MBU like MBG with levels and such except its for XBOX 360, and has very good graphics?

You can't play custom levels in MBU.

Not really..physics are redone, it's using shaders, no custom levels, online play, some original levels but a fair amount are new or at least feel new. Oh, and check points which make the game so much easier while still making it challenging.
