Where is the position info of the tires of car.

I want to add more components to a WheeledVehicle using the way like adding the WheeledVehicleTire to a WheeledVehicle , but I didn't find out where stores the postion info of each tire which I will do the same to store the position info of the components I am going to add.

any one can tell me?
