Weather changes and water in a game

Hello everyone!

I have just started working with torque, so my experience = 0!
I would like your help about two things:

1. How can I insert water in my game? Create a lake for example? And as far as water is concerned, I was also wondering how difficult it is to create a river with flowing water... Any ideas or links or tutorials? Anything...

2. Secondly, I would like to create a game with different weather effects in each mission. How do I do that? Is there also any chance I can make the weather change, during the same mission?

Thank you in advance!

Christos, check the demo for an example of water. Also for both questions, do a search for water blocks or just water and you will find plenty of info.

As for making a flowing river, that is not so easy, you can define a flow direction for the water, but it will not follow the curves of a twisting river. However, if you play with the setting, you can get a pretty convincing effect.

Take a look at the 1.4 demo for weather fx as well.
