Beta3 bug: Image builder editing image settings does not persist

After creating an image map, going back in and editing it, the settings do not persist. It seems to occur after the 1st edit to an imagemap (1st edit succeeds)

REPLICATION

Launch Beta3_TorqueGameBuilder_1_1\games\T2D.exe
On "Create" tab > Static Sprites > Double click ggLogoImageMap
Check "allow unload"
Save
Double click ggLogoImageMap and verify the setting was saved
Save
Double click the shipImageMap
Check "allow unload"
Save
Double click the shipImageMap and see the setting was NOT saved

Also am seeing this in the console
