It really doesn't matter where you are from. You pirated the software, you wont get help from someone who bought it.

You've been given enough *free* alternatives, which you are not taking. You could easily use one of those without pirating something.

Hmm,Maor,
Why you think that if you openly say that you pirate SDK(and you admit it) and ask for help at official forum you got any other reaction?
Did you knew one of best causes for BUY any software? If software is for sale and you bought it you can use offical support channels.

p.s.What about also pirating 3DGPAI1&2 Books as help material? -:)
or trying to find not so scrupulous TGE user community? -:)

You shouldn't find it funny that you pirated someone's work.

Maor, that isn't amusing, nor should you find it to be.

On a personal note, I doubt that should you legally obtain the engine at this point that many people will help you now. I certainly won't.

Once you have a license, you can go to the sdk forum and make your enquiries.

From myself, probably not, but that could always change in the future.

Also note that I don't speak for the entire community, those are just my personal feelings on the matter.

Once you purchase the engine you will get access to the private forums as well as numerous resources. From there you can dig for any information you want as well as ask, until then you are not going to get any help ;) You stole our engine, what did you expect? That would be like me going to your home and stealing one of your PCs, then calling you on the phone to and expecting you to tell me how to boot it up.

_I_ am from Russia(and not from Moscow(Russia's capital) but from not too big Sibirian city.
And people usually immigrate to Israel from Russia, not the other way -:(

Still, I could find 100$ for TGE Indie for my personal experiments.
(Even while FOR ME it was POSSIBLE to get pirated version of TGE)

p.s.If you don't want 'Crappy freeware engine' you could for example use LGPLed Ogre3d(http://www.ogre3d.org). It's graphics features are MUCH better than TGE(and on the par with TSE) or CrystalSpace.
p.p.s.Also,where is 'little' problem with pirated versions of TGE-how'd we knew what exactly version you have?(IF somebody wanted to help you wit it).

When I bought licensed TGE I got ~57 Mb archive with "Torque SDK"(in fact it was complete source code to TGE,both C++ and TorqueScript parts of it).

When you purchase a TGE license, you get not only the right to create / publish your game (if you earn less than $250,000), download the TGE 1.4 SDK in all it's glory, but also access to the private forums, resources and TDN.

Listen guys, This is a 3 person team, Me, Maor and another one, Called Spation (The one who's buying this, If it's ok with his parents.), Once we are ok, We can freely move the SDK around the team, Right?

You can ONLY move the TorqueScript stuff.

The C++ source has to stay with the person who bought the license. The license is per-seat; how ever many people you need to access the source = the number of licenses you need.

C++ source != TorqueScript.

So what i downloaded was just the source code?

What you downloaded was most likely the SDK. A pirated, illegal, version of the SDK. Which you can get heavy fined or put in jail for.
