Torque doesn't execute foreground anymore?

I recently upgraded to the lastest HEAD release, and there's a lot of cool fixes in there. I noticed one bug, tho, that the "+ -" in the world-editor don't always close and open..
Also, I noticed that they decided to not have torque execute foreground anymore.. Now, when you execute the command-line the torque game begins and your have your command line freed up (like & in UNIX.) That's cool and all but it was a handy way to close a crashed game executable easily.. is there a way to turn this back off?
