WorldBounds with No Terrain

Hi all,
I am creating a mission that is at sea, so I have no terrain, just a big water block. In this situation how do I set/determine my world size and coordinates?
I am currently getting crashes of either "No Plane" or "bad min coord" which have to do with the camera moving out of the range of the far plane or the object's coordinates getting too large. But, I'm not sure how to set/get the valid range.
Hopefully, this question is somewhat understandable. :)
