how do i remove the terrain and sky

they are not needed for my next map

Open the mission editor, highlight them in the upper right pane, and push delete.

Alternatively you can open up the mission .mis file and remove the Terrain block data.

edit: For the sky too :-)

heh quit laffing at me ;)i did try that for the terrain, but 7am for me is like very late at night for most, after checking my mis file i found a second

i going to do a space map , i could do it so when you fall off it you die (by using lava with no texture) but i think i do a respawn instead, i always like them space maps :)

why instead of lava you don't make a box that trigger layer's death?lava is slowest even without textures.

If you fall off and there's nothing down there, the player falls indefinately I think. You'd need to stick some kind of trigger down there.
