Can I buy TGE for $80 instead of $100 since I already own TGB?

If you buy TGE, and THEN buy TGB, you save $20...

Can the same be said about buying TGB and THEN buying TGE?

I'm wondering because I already own TGB and would like to purchase TGE, but I don't think it's fair if I can't save $20 only because I purchased the products in the wrong order per-se =)
