2d/Concept artist Required

Silhouette Studios is currently on the lookout for Talented 2D/Concept Artists.
We are looking for someone to develop character concepts based upon descriptions given to them for a Fantasy RPG. We will be looking initially for Character designs, and then the creation of orthographic views to aid in their 3D creation.
Ultimately we would like someone to be self sufficient in their designs, and not need us holding their hand throughout the process.
We are on a shoestring budget so there will not be any large compensation.
