More than 3 cloud layers?

My attention has turned towards sky.cc for EnviroTorque. One of the first problems I have to solve is: is it posible to have more than 3 cloud layers? I tried changing #define MAX_NUM_LAYERS 3 to "6" but to no effect.

What am I missing?


In a slightly unreleated matter, I noticed (in TGE-1.4) if I hit F11 and click on "sky" the top cloud layer dissapers. Anyone know if there's a fix for this?

Can't help you there, but...How is Enviro-Torque 2.0 coming along? I'm looking forward to it.

It's coming along well, just WAY TOO SLOWWWWWWW..... :-(

I was finally starting to cruise along - but I can't figure out sky.cc for the life of me. I want to make several "small" changes which appear to require huge rewrites..

I think a well-timed .plan with an update and a description of your current difficulties would be at least as useful as a thread like this...(plus really interesting for hacks like me)...

A good idea, and one I've been kicking around in my head for some time. The problem is I have alot of really cool code, the details of which I can't reveil yet, and very little of interst to take a screen shot of so far. I'm thinking your right though, and I'm just going to need to get creative and write somthing...
