M3 waterblock/editor bug

Hi,

The inspection editor doesn't pick up the surface material for the waterblock. It leaves the field blank and if you save the mission the water disappears as it has no surface texture. All the other underwater effects still work though.

Also, only a few of the waterblock options show up in the editor. For example if you have surfMaterial[1], [2] etc. they don't appear as editable fields. Not sure if this second issue is a bug or the way it's always worked, as I've not messed with waterblocks beyond basics before.

But you can still enter things manually without problems...

And now has been totaly fixed with the MS3.5 update!!!
