Using Bitmaps as Height Maps

Hey,
I'm using a greyscale height map that was created in Bryce, I sized the image to 256x256 and saved it as a .PNG. When I import it into the mission editor under the terrain generator, it chnages the height, but when you view the mission area, it doesn't use the entire image to cover the entire mission area, it tiles it 2x2 and I really want it 1x1. I've tried different resolution sizes and it's the same effect. Is there anything esle that would need to change in order for it to show up correctly in the engine?
Thank you in advance,
Steve
