T2D vs TGB == Questions

Hey,
For the indie liscence I need to include a full screen logo, yah?
Can I use the old T2D logo, because I prefer the old name.
Also I dont want some 12 year old telling me he can do better in Game Maker!
The old name is more descriptive and I can include GG and a link to the GarageGames website.
Pretty pleeeaasee?
