While the slideshow is cool considering most developers have only had 10-15 weeks to work on their projects, I certainly do not think it is ready for prime time. As developers, you need to always be thinking about how you are going to sell your product. I can tell you from experience, that you don't want to try to sell publishers, players, or the press on products that are not ready for prime time.
It is fun within the community to see works in progress since we can see through rough edges, and see the underlying promise of the the project. However, the other audiences mentioned above do not have the vision or foresight to give your project a second chance. In other words, wait until you have polish before you roll out to the rest of the world.

Most of the shots are now in the Dev Snapshot gallery. We always have to be mindful of bandwidth, so we are not going to post the slideshow. If somebody has a bunch of bandwidth, I would be happy to send the slideshow to them one time. I don't remember how big it is, but probably a hundred meg or so.While the slideshow is cool considering most developers have only had 10-15 weeks to work on their projects, I certainly do not think it is ready for prime time. I know the image my group sent in for Savage Realms (had this as a working title for about 2 years) was hardly spectacular. I put the image together last minute when I found out about submitting. We don't have a lot of our stuff in Torque yet. Maybe I'll post a variation of the submitted shot in the gallery soon :)

No, in fact I asked for it as my team members asked me about it and as like them, I will really appreciate to see others slides of the other project. I think that there are still some projects I do not know off.
If it is not possible for you to put it here, maybe everyone that contributes to the slideshow may put a link to their respective slides. I will start : darkhand.webhop.org/DoP/slide1.htm

(The slowness problem you experienced before was tracked down, and found to be caused by flakey hardware, which has been replaced).
Then Frank can create a slideshow page to aim at it, and maybe post the link as a Dev Snapshot or something.
