But none of it is okay. It showed me:

Error: km9590
We are unable to proccess this card online.

#4 Thx Robert. But can I use email to contact the staff? Because I am an international student in UK. My phone service does not support international phone call. One more thing, my credit card is issued in Hong Kong. Will it be a matter? Btw, thank you for your kindly reply.

In addition, I have tried another two credit cards issued in HK. But they failed as well. Recently, I have used the first one to pay for domain name and web host service.

That is unfortunately the exact problem--your credit card is showing at being used 9,950 km away from your billing address. This needs to be handled via phone unfortunately, as this is (obviously not in your specific case, but in general) a very strong indicator of a stolen credit card being used fraudulently.

#7 Aaah crap! I am getting the exact same issue 'Error: km6767'.
My bank account is located in the US but I am currently living in Brazil.
I often purchase stuffs in the US from here with the same credit card and it always work fine.

Oh well... I dunno what to do now :/
