Some BM-proofing

I have some ideas for a more civilized variant of scrum:
(1) make the goal opaque and solid to players that don't have the flag, and double the goal's size
(2) only the player with the flag can be shot
(3) losing your tank costs a goal point
(4) remove the goal from the radar unless you have the flag
(5) make the rocks and trees change positions
As an alternative to (2), shooting players that don't have the flag could result in being placed in a penalty box; which would be a remote place you have to drive back from.
I also recommend creating some rooms for demos that are unavailable to experienced, registered players.
