Error, detail 1 has greater or same minipixels...

Yipes,
what happened - I was working on this map and everything was working great....
now the Map2dif compiler is spitting out this error message
"Error, detial 1 has greater or same minipixels"
I am assuming this is from the Map2dif because when I hit retry - I get a map2dif explorer crash box
(you know the one - do you want to send an error....)
I tried assigning one material to the entire map and I still get the same message.
Any help would really be appreciated

what I actually did was to download a "fresh" map2dif.exe and reinstall it.
this seems to have corrected the problem.

That's kind of what it sounds like anyway :)
