Camera view

What i'm trying to find out is how you can script the view from Resident Evil 4? I been hearing about Advance camera but i'm lost on that. But can you modify the third person view and make the RE4 view?

You will need to add the advanced camera resource (which means you need to be a SDK owner so that you can add the necessary compilation files). From there, you will have to script your camera behavior to act accordingly.
