Ergonomics for the middle-finger challenged

Hi (Rick? Are you the one who has to deal with all this?),
Recently, I broke my middle finger, and as such, can't use the wheel on my wheel mouse. Unfortunately, this means that I have to move my mouse way over to the right and drag the scrollbar down to the bottom of the Forum pages in order to prepare myself to move it all the way back over to the left to click the Post New Topic link. It would make my life enormously easier if you added a Post New Topic link to the top of the Forum pages, so that I can easily access it.
