Font issues's in TSE-HEAD?

Hey i just installed TSE for the first time. I noticed most of the text looks kind of FUBAR in TSE. The fonts are jagged and blurry, as if instead of applying anti-aliasing, the exact oppisite happened.

I should note i'm using a brand-new nVidia-7800GS which i'm still getting acclimated with, but I didn't notice the problem in TGE.


Is this a Known Issue?

Is there a known fix?
