Hi I'm new with this torque engine I just bought it a couple weeks ago, and I was wondering where I can find books for
C++ program. I have one book on me its from the library, but I can only kept it for a week and a half. If anybody can tell me some beginning books on C++ I would be grateful.

Michael Prata's ANSI C++ Primer Plus is a good book as is Ivort Horton's Beginning C++. I would recommend staying away from the Dietel and Dietel books as their organization is horrific at best (the information is good, though).
Also, the 3D Game Programming All in One books and Edward Maurina's new book are excellent references for the scripting and content creation side of the engine.
