Lighting Kit

Does anyone know how to install the Synapse Lighting Kit for the FPS Starter Kit? I've tried following the instructions that come with the lighting kit, but since the FPS Starter Kit is installed by default when Torque installs, the instructions don't quite work like they do with the RTS Starter Kit example.
The folder structure of the FPS is in a folder called starter.fps when the RTS is in a folder called RTSStarterKit.
If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. We're in the process of making a game level for a class project, and time is vital in our production schedule.
Thanks in advance!

I did see the starter.fps folder within the Lighting Kit folder, but there was no .exe file to run the demo and get it working through the Lighting Kit setup.
I ended up copying all of the folders/files that we not in the Lighting Kit folder from the SDK folder so the folders looked identical except for the few addition files that were in the Lighting Kit folder but not the SDK folder.
From here I can run the torqueDemo.exe file and it brings up the Synapse Games screen, and allows me to choose from multiple missions that involve the Lighting Kit. Within the mission editor, I have a Synapse Gaming menu at the top, but when I click the option to bring up the Lighting Kit (F12) nothing happens.
Do you (or anyone) know of any documentation that further explains the use of the Lighting Kit and all of its features?
This would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Ok, well, I believe I got it working (or most of it), but I'm still not sure on how the lighting kit works. By the way you explained it, using the kit seemed pretty straight forward, but at the same time, I had to use a totally different method than you described in order to get as far as I have gotten so far.I did see the starter.fps folder within the Lighting Kit folder, but there was no .exe file to run the demo and get it working through the Lighting Kit setup.

If you're starting a new project TLK is already to go, just start adding your art assets right into the 'example' game folder just like you would TGE.
For more information post TLK questions in the TLK forums, so I don't miss them.

There are several documents in the main TLK folder including the Modeler's Guide, Developer's Guide, and the Release Notes. The 'example' folder contains the full game folder including all the TGE scripts, the TLK changes and script libraries, and a pre-compiled TLK executable ready to run.If you're starting a new project TLK is already to go, just start adding your art assets right into the 'example' game folder just like you would TGE.
