TGE/TSE [upcoming] tools

As a Torque user, I always interested in existing and/or upcoming tools to simplify my development process. I would like to start this thread, so people can discover/be informed about existing and new tools made for Torque engines (like IDE, graphic, exporters, etc.), except art packs.
If there is a page in TDN, dedicated to this, please, provide it here. Also, please, and any URL, short description and pricing, if you can. We can add it to TDN later.
And, I'm staring:
Existing:
*) ShowTool Pro - art inspection tool for TGE
Upcoming:
*) Constructor - level/object(?) editor for TGE
