Outputting to XML or TXT files

Is it possible for Torque to output information to an XML, or tab delimited text file, or CSV? Say for example, I play multiple games and I want to record the users' names, scores, and game times on a separate file that I can open up in Excel/Notepad later.

If it is possible, can anyone point me towards any tutorials?
