Team of 4 looking for 1 more - Lead Programmer on a T2D game

I have a team of 4 that have been working on creating a game for ht epast few months. We have one programmer who is adpet in C++, but just learning T2D.
We have 2 artists working on sprites and backdrops, they both are fulltime employees with Disney.
And I am the producer, in charge of game desgin.
We need someone who is adept in T2D. We need who knows the ins and outs of T2D(or whatever it is called now) to join our team.
Let me know if you have the skills and interest.

I am interested, I've been learning t2d for several months now and have a c++ background. Send me an email. I'll try to post up some of my screenshots; I'm currently working on a bomberman4 clone. (snes)
