Torque Network Consultant Needed - Paid

Need some quick mods to the basic fps code

1) Locked 2 person tournament play
2) Thin client config (server does most of the work and helps prevent mods that allow cheating on client side)
3) Thin client locked into connecting to my servers
4) Hooks in Torque to allow authentication of players against database
5) Hooks in Torque to allow tracking of tournament outcome

Definitely looking for someone with extensive experience in these areas. $50 per hour
but would like a quote on the time required to complete the above items.
