EULA Question

Hi,
I've got a question on this part of the EULA:
This does not mean Torquescript in general, does it? Because maybe, when I've got some time, I want to do a server for a simple turn-based game (maybe tic tac toe for a start). And I want my friends (who don't earn TGB) to be able write their own AI scripts for the game in torque script, so we can let our scripts compete with each other.
This should be possible without violating the EULA. Please tell me if not.

I've got a question on this part of the EULA:
Quote:
(e) Licensee may not distribute uncompiled script code which defines any Torque 2D-specific functionality, including but not limited to creating or mainpulating sprites, tiles, particle effects, etc, in any manner, unless recipient also has a license to the Engine.
