Character customizer

First off, before people start to blab at me whether this should go here or not, i figured this was the best place to put it, that being said:

i was wondering, if its possable to customize your character, like in the character customizer in city of heros/villans, or like when you first get on to world of warcraft and create a character you create the race and what class they are.

i would like to know, because i am working slowly to creating a big game, but dont want to create as much items so to limit my time to other things, i want to create a character customizer that choses, what you look like, what race you are, and what class you are.

if this is possable please help.
