First you need to find a place to host it...an image hosting site perhaps. Then you use the tags [*image]http://www.where-the-pic-is-hosted.com/image.ext[*/image] but you take the * out of the tags. Get the idea?

Google for "free image hosting" to find a place to host it.

You can also use ImageShack to host your image.
