God rays in T2D how?

I would like to know how the god rays are done in Torque 2D (Game Builder) in the Fish Demo. It's an awesome effect that would look good in menu screens - and can it be done in TGE / TSE or is it a 2D operation only?

Take a look at the effects included with the source and you'll find the lighting data.

@David: I just learned that myself to be honest--they certainly LOOK like light effects!
