TGE crashes with player movement

I had someone from 3D Gamers take a look at my game and unfortunately, as soon as the vehicles begins to move, the computer crashes to the point where a reboot is required. He says he has experienced this with other TGE titles like Rocket Bowl etc.
His hardware is
Intel Pentium 4, ~3.20 Ghz
GeForce 6800/PCI/SSE2 Version: 2.0.1
Needless to say, he is a man of influence and it would be good for everyone if he had better experiences with TGE.
I have the console log but it contains no usefull data to solve this.
Anyone know how to fix this problem. My game works fine on other Pentium 4's etc, see this thread for details.

As soon as I do anything that causes the vehicle to move, the game crashes. In fact, when the vehicle is
on a slope and moves by itself after the countdown due to gravity, it crashes without me touching anything.
I upgraded my drivers and everything to the full ForceWare 81.98 (== latest) a week or two ago
with drivers and control panel and everything, precisely to rule out that possibility.
I've experienced this movement->crash problem with one or two other Torque titles, e.g. RocketBowl, but don't recall it happening with any other game on any other engine.
