Batch exporting

For our project, we have nearly 1000 separate DXF files we need to export to DTS files. We like the MilkShape exporter because it's stable and intuitive, but it can only manually export 1 file at a time. What's the best way to import and export a slew of files at once? Is there an existing tool I can download to do this, and if not, could we write our own tool to do it, possibly calling the existing MilkShape DTS exporter multiple times?

Excellent suggestion. I was able to get AutoIt to open MilkShape, import a DXF file, and export it as a DTS in just a few hours. Expanding it to do many files should be a snap. I was hesitant to introduce yet another program in our production pipeline, but I found AutoIt very useful and easy to pick up. Thanks!
