Cam node won't export (blender)

Using Blender and it's exporter, I've managed to more or less get my own player model to replace the one in starter.fps
Follwing a couple of the tutorials -- I've created a "cam" empty and parented it to "shape"
But the export log comes up with this
"Warning: Could not accept child cam on shape Shape"
Also, my players alwasy seems to be floating about 6 feet off the ground..
1st question is really the one I'm interested in.. just though I'd throw the 2nd in there in case someone's feeling amazingly helpful : )

And the reason for his issue is that Cam should be a bone, not an empty IIRC.
As for 6 feet off the ground, that would be a zplaneing issue, he needs to drag his model down lower in the plane and also make sure his col0 box is down there with it and tightly fitting.
Now as for helping or not helping, it's all a matter of someone coming along who has both the time and ability to help.
Even then I'm not sure my answers are 100% spot on, but thats my memories of trying to make a model in blender export properly.

No blender is not an object creator, it is a full fledged modeling package. And the reason for his issue is that Cam should be a bone, not an empty IIRC.

His problem is with blender and the blender exporter, not the SDK, he should have posted there, and the response would have been both more accurate and likely, took less time.

Oh yeah almost forgot the other reason why it wasn't answered quickly....His problem is with blender and the blender exporter, not the SDK, he should have posted there, and the response would have been both more accurate and likely, took less time.

Actually it didn't take that long : )
The bone vs. the empty seemed to do the trick.
The Blender forum probably would have been more appropriate, thanks for the answers though.
Dreamer and Joseph, thanks again.
