Port fxShapeReplicator from Mantis

Hi,
acording to http://tdn.garagegames.com/mantis/view.php?id=255
it seems that the new fxShapeReplicator has been ported to take advantage of TSE features. However, I cannot yet seem to find where the new code is located. If someone can direct me to finding this beautiful piece of code, that'll be great :)

The foliage relicator is now in HEAD. Download a feash copy and check it out! ;)

And here it is in TSE with an Atlas terrain built using HTC :-) Just the example trees in the TSE distro, so they don't match the landscape colours well, but hey, it works!
