Snapshot Gallery

Can the time of the submitted snapshot be added along with the date? I was just thinking that if people knew the time and date maybe out of common courtesy they might hold off adding a new one for a little bit. This isn't in reference to anyone in specific :)

I haven't submitted anything yet, but I know a few shots were only up for a very short period of time before being "bumped".

Maybe, there could be a minimum amount of time before the new snapshot is displayed too (couple hours at least?) Just a thought.
