The problem with computers of today is that they are out of date ever so quickly, technologies are changing rapidly, maybe by the time Microsoft release Vista we will be able to see in which direction technology is going, by that time computer's will be a considerable amount cheaper.
However the above computer sounds good especially for the price apart from the integrated graphics, however if it functions how you want it to then it doesn't really matter. It is 64 bit ready so you will be able to move straight into the apparent "future" of technology. However it might be an idea to wait for the Intel 64 bit chips.
Nevertheless, if you need the computer now, and it does what you intend to use it for the above computer is a perfect choice, as it also has configurations that people claim to be the future of technology, so it will be easy and relatively cheap to upgrade.
