Video in Torque

Howdy,
Is it possible to activate mpeg movies in the 3D world in Torque?By this I mean, can I get Torque to play a movie when an object is collided with?
I've read a few threads and resources on video but there doesn't seem to be anything that gives much information about movies in the actual level of a game. All I've read is stuff about movies in the GUI at the start of the game.I'm a Torque newbie so I don't know that much about it's video capabilities.
Anyone have advice?

Cheers for the advice. Theora looks good, quality is also very good. I'm testing it at the moment using a 12mb clip. Tends to crash my computer when I play a clip in the "world" of my project. Is it RAM intensive to use video in Torque? Are there limits to the size/length of Theora video clips that Torque will play?My computer is a 516MB computer by d way.
