Foray into indiegames, seeking Programmer

Games too expensive?
Corporate gaming career not immediately appealing?
Craving that elusive and undefinable "old-skool" feeling in games?
Confident that online distribution and XBox Live Arcade are wedging open a brilliant new market?
We are two experienced 3D artists/designers looking for a way to leave our dayjobs and jump before the bandwagon gets all the way here, and are very interested in the shareware/donorware model. We seek a skilled programmer who feels the same, and we want to compensate him on one of the following four projects:
- Pinball RPG (3D)
- Tower Defense (3D)
- SCUMM style adventure game (3D or 2D)
- Dodgeball (3D or 2D)
Project designs are not completely set in stone, so we prefer a gamer with broad experience and an open mind willing to help iterate constructively. More importantly, we want someone for whom these projects are appealing.
If you are that skilled programmer, and are experienced in Torque (3D), or Flash (2D), or a similar platform, and don't mind being paid for a stake in a side-project, we want to hear from you. The compensation is negotiable, so please include rough estimates for the projects listed above, as well as a resume and links to any past projects. We are open to either upfront fees, or reduced upfront fees w/ revenue sharing, please indicate preference.
Keywords that turn us on: Python, Maya, UnrealEd, modder, C++, Ogre, multiplayer, cheap, indie
Games you love: KOL, Tetris Attack, Smash Bros., Final Fight, Smash TV, Contra, UT RPG, Advanced Wars, Grim Fandango, Warioware, Oasis
