New Version Notification System

Sorry, this may be an easy question to answer. Being a new user, I was curious of GarageGames has an automated system to send emails to all the Torque2D users when a new version is released?

This would be really handy so that I wouldn't have to check the website daily. It would, theoretically, be very simple to do.

That would really be great. I pop in the forums every 2-3 days to check for news, but you are right, it would be much easier if there was some kind of T2D newsletter.

I would love if you are registered owner of one of Garagegames SDK's that a subscription email could be sent when an update is made such as the move from alpha to beta of the T2D SDK. Really any update at all is fine too.

Yeah, I have to agree -- or at the very least have a news item so I only need to go to "what's new" to find out.

This won't be even near an issue once T2D is a final release. We decided to put out interval releases at such a high rate due to extensive community request, but it's a very temporary thing.
