Custom Marble Colors don't appear

Whenever I apply a new marble look, it clears out the old one and instead of putting in the new look, it just applys background color. How do I fix this?
P.S., I have a MAC, so there might be a difference...

Perhaps it recognizes it only from a specific type of .png file maker? I resized all of the pictures to be 256 by 256, but it still won't work.

I've been trying to figure out what the problem is, but so far haven't found it.
