Creating a "build

I was just curious how in all my programming and hacking i can create a "release build" or what not of the game, so my fellow team members (play testers, artists etc..) can try the game out without me including the whole kit and kaboodle (inreasing file size and perhaps breaking licensing agreement). I see there is a placeholder for some sort of this funcionality to come with the tools, but so far, I am lost. I saw the "show off" forum where people showed off their projects, changing the .cs files to .cs.dso is that the compiled script object? thats part of what i nee.d..but mostly i just want to know what the bareminimum is...I am working from the examples so I suspect I might have to change some of those .cs files (as i currently launch MY demo using a mygame.bat file which runs the t2d.exe with the mod option) that is not desirable, i woudl rather just have some method to create a build for teh team to test that has the games .exe (icon and all if possible) and then run from bareminimum files (As zipping up my example with all the tutorials and testing i did, is like 20mb)i tried to cut some folders out and in turn killed my working copy of the game...so i am not sure what i need and what i dont. how to get it to just an exe, and how to hide scripts (When the time is right). thanks for any and all info there is on this..
p.s. id of searched the forums for this, but im not even sure what key words this would fall under...all i found was this:
"And in the near future, we'll be providing a utility which does this release packaging work for you."
lol d'oh :)
