Help me with max bones

Hi everybody, for last three weeks I am working on default max boning for rigging character!! after patiently trouble shooting every errors!! now its exporting but the problem is in the game it has my custom DSQ animation playing but it is not firing any projectiles. But when I rigged the same character with Biped its firing projectiles and everythings seems to be ok. can anyone tell me whats the problem? and another question is there any default max bone rigging tutorial for torque ! thank you :)

When i checked the model in show tool pro everythings ok!! to check further I stopped all the animation of my biped character and the non biped character. the biped character is firing projectile without animation which is ok!! but the non biped is chasing me but not firing any projectile!! any solution.

The easiest way to check for this would be to turn off your animation and test or even better yet use Show Tool or Show Tool Pro to look at and see how your animation is affecting things.
In regards to an "official" bones setup. No there isnt one. Why? Because anything goes. Make a valid skeletal rig in any 3D application and export it. Is there a tutorial for how to setup a skeletal rig? Once again no, this is all pretty standard stuff that you learn from the documentation that ships with your 3D application that the DTS exporter reads and exports. Torque really doesn't care how you have your rig setup, as long as it works and is setup properly with the DTS hierarchy.
