How do you add a Project to this site?

I can not find how to add a project to the Market Place. On my account page, there is a link to add a help wanted ad or create a new company, but not link under associated companies/projects to add a project. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Click on Marketplace and then Projects. Then Add Project. It's not the easiest place to find.
