Quick Question

"(c) Licensee may not: (i) create any derivative works of the Engine, including translations or localizations, other than the Games; (ii) reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the algorithms for the Engine (iii) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Engine; or (iv) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Engine."
Just to clarify, does this clause from the Torque Game Engine (Indie Game License) state that I could not say, port part of the engine to managed code (i.e. .net) or port the entire thing to another language?
Thanks.
Iain.

*EDIT*
I might have got the wrong idea of what you meant by distribute did you mean in source or binary form? I would not distribute the source except within the circle of developers working on the project with me as stated above.
Thanks.
Iain.

Thanks for the reply. This would not be for redistribution but for a basis of a project I wish to work on. So would be for my eyes only and other TGE license holders working on the project with me.*EDIT*
